Two Level Terminal Blocks
Two level terminal blocks are modular blocks with an insulated frame connecting two or more wires in a reliable and safe manner. Terminal blocks, also known as terminal connectors or connection terminals, use a clamping component and a conducting strip to secure and organize connecting wires, allowing users to join multiple outgoing wires to one singular incoming wire. Most dual level terminal blocks are modular and DIN rail mountable. Wires are secured to the two level terminal blocks with screw connections, spring cage connections, push in connections (requiring the use of ferrules on the wires), or quick connections. Double level terminal blocks are available as feed through terminal blocks, with various fuse and disconnect options, as well as complete units or base units with plug-ins. Double level terminal blocks may be fully grounded, or just have one level grounded.
