HOW TO ORDER

Click on any "Add To Cart" button to start a web order. Then click "Check Out" and follow the steps to complete the order. A few minutes after you have sent the order, we will send an email acknowledgement informing you know that we received the order.

WE SHIP QUICKLY

RSP Supply will ship the order as fast as we can. For many items this means the order will ship the same day. Orders need to be placed by noon (Mountain Time) to be shipped out the same day.   Some items may have longer lead times. Please call for questions about specific products. We use UPS and FedEx to ship orders. If you need extra fast shipping such as Next Day, or 2-day service, please choose the desired method when ordering. These services may be limited depending on your service area. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery. Please note that Next Day delivery chosen on a Friday will result in delivery on Monday.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR USA ORDERS

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Oversized or heavy items or extremely large orders will incur extra fees. Small items will therefore receive reduced rates.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping charges are not currently calculated on our website. We can ship internationally but we must take the order via telephone. Please call for assistance with international orders.

Any import fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

International shipments over $400 will require shipment via a method that provides a package tracking number.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

RETURNS

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, from the date of issue, to show up on your account. Refunds will not be given for returns that arrive more than 60 days from the date of shipment.

In order to return a purchase:

1. Don't wait to return it - Call to receive an RMA via email. All returns require an RMA number. Otherwise, we reserve the right to return the package back to you. Upon receiving your return, we will send you periodic email updates with the status of your refund or exchange.
2. Return a copy of our invoice or include the invoice/order number on the RMA form.
3. Tell us what was wrong with the item.
4. If the item is altered in any way or is not in retail condition it can not be returned.
5. Please pack the item for return the way it was originally shipped to prevent shipping damage.

We process returns as quickly as possible. If we have any questions we will contact you. Include as much information as possible as this will speed up the return process.

WARRANTIES

Our products carry a 30 day money back guarantee. Some products are subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Many of the products also have a manufacturers warranty that may be substantially longer than this. If a product fails after our 30 day guarantee the warranty process should be pursued with the manufacturer.

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT

If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment, upon delivery, SIGN for it and note above your signature the word "damaged" (or "open" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make an inspection.

If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the delivering carrier and call Remote Site Products as soon as you discover the damage. You must keep the damaged carton until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier.

Do not return the merchandise yourself. Remote Site Products will process a claim and inform you of the next step in the process.
